Kalin has over 15 years of management experience at both early-stage and public companies in various industries. In his previous role as a Country Leader for IBM in Bulgaria and Ukraine, Kalin was responsible for country business for all IBM brands, including consulting, technology services, hardware, and software. Prior to IBM, Kalin was a deputy executive director in a regional insurance group, Euroins, being responsible for the sales and financial performance of the group.
