Lorenz joined Digicomp in 2014 as a Product Manager responsible for Microsoft, AWS and other vendors. In his role he was responsible for setting up the cloud skilling business of Digicomp. His strong focus on innovating learning modalities and services has resulted in Digicomp being recognized by Microsoft as the “Global Learning Award Winner” in 2018. This was also the year when Lorenz invented the “Digicomp Skilling Program Framework” and successfully executed the first large skilling program for one of Switzerland’s biggest enterprise organizations over a period of 20 months.

Since 2019 Lorenz has the role as a “Learning Solution Architect” and “Skilling Program Leader” for Digicomp Academy. He still has a strong focus on continuous innovation of skilling services and program framework to improve Digicomp’s offerings to its large enterprise customers. As a business developer by heart with a strong customer centric mindset he is working hand in hand with Digicomp’s top enterprise customers to plan and execute large skilling program motions end-to-end. Over the years he has gained deep insight and understanding about the challenges and needs of organizations that want to run skilling programs at scale in Switzerland and around the globe.
