As Vice President at IDC, over the past 20+ years, Marianne Kolding has tracked the European IT and business services market and been instrumental in starting IDC’s digital transformation research in Europe. As such, IT and digital skills and the cultural change needed for digital transformation has been a key topic over the years. Marianne is now taking this experience to run IDC’s European Skills Practice as well as using her background to drive quality and client engagement excellence across IDC’s European standard research business.
