Michael Swoboda is Owner and Marketing/Sales-Lead at ETC – Enterprise Training Center, the No 1 Microsoft Learning Partner in Austria! The well known Training-Center focuses on Microsoft Technology Training and is Microsoft Partner of the Year 2012, ISO9001 certified and prefered Learning Partner for the public sector in Austria!

Michael started his career in 1992 at Unisys Education Services with a student-job in the course preparation team. 1993 to 1998 he was responsible for Windows and Office User Training Business Development and the Unisys Education Marketing / Public Relation Management.

1999 he founded together with Richard Melbinger the new Training Company ETC in Vienna, Austria – they became 2003 the first Gold Learning Partner in Austria and were the only Training company with an ISO9001 Quality Certificate!

2005 they re-focused their business to 100% Microsoft and 2006 until now ETC has been the No. 1 in the Austria Microsoft Technology Training market!

Michael is member of the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council from 2011 until 2014 supporting Microsoft Learning in Redmond, WA, USA in developing their strategy for the future!

Michael is a Training enthusiast and believes now for more than 20 years in the value of high-quality training for IT Users, professionals and developers – in Austria and with LLPA in 25 and more countries in EMEA!
