Michał Karski wanted to be an entrepreneur since he can remember. His first personal computer ZX Spectrum +, received as a gift from his parents in 1986 set his future career path. From the time he started to write some programs in Basic, he knew that was it! At 21 he was already a recognized Microsoft Certified Trainer delivering Windows NT4 and SQL classes. Later he became an instructor also for Lotus/IBM and Symantec specializing in programming and security courses. He stared ACTION Education Center in 2003 with his colleagues just after a successful management role at one of the first e-learning companies in Poland. A few years later ACTION Education Center became the top recognized IT Training Center in Poland with many honours and awards. He is also an architect of CloudLabs, their main product brand delivering virtual hands-on-labs to thousands of students worldwide.

In 2013 he joined the board of Leading Learning Partners Association, a group of 33 well-known Training Centers across EMEA, Asia, India and Australia regions.  And in 2013 he founded Clouto Inc., a technology startup creating solutions for the automotive industry. Currently, he manages the transformation of products and services of ACTION Education Center (now formally known as Cloud Team) to the cloud as Chief Cloud Architect, certified in Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Authorized Instructor and Solutions Architect.
