Zorana has been working with human resources in the fields of logistics, production and retail for more than a decade. She is currently employed in the position of Learning and Business Development Management at Semos education. She is especially interested in progressive and different practices and ideas in the field of employee training and development, candidate recruitment, talent management and employee motivation. She is moderator/author of series of online events L&D Talks as well as Linkedin group L&D Club made for the HR community.
